Dallas-Ft Worth Metro Golden Retriever Club (DFWMGRC) Board Members/Breeders in competition with Plaintiffs in 2005 which gave rise to the lawsuit against that club:

The above represented a majority vote on the DFWMGRC Board and their actions were the root cause giving rise to the filing of the lawsuit. 

The DFWMGRC settled after court ordered Mediation with a payment of $7500 to the Plaintiffs
